I met him briefly to discuss on the Saturday and the site went live on that Wednesday.
Once it was done there were some issues here and there, I emailed him the changes and they were fixed and live in mere hours in some cases minutes of me sending the request, I have had excellent service from this individual and the results in terms of visibility should speak for themselves, and the price was very competitive.
If ever i need another website, then its a "no brainer" (what ever that means) Ross will be doing it.
